These terms cover use of stjohnsailsackco.com and purchases from St. John Sailsack Co., LLC ("we"), a small business in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Using the site means you agree to these terms.
Orders, prices, and payment
Photos and descriptions are written to be accurate. Handmade and reclaimed-sail items vary. Options you choose at checkout are part of the order. An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, we cannot complete a custom request, or there is a problem with the order. If we cancel an order you already paid, we refund that payment. You pay the price shown at checkout, plus shipping and any tax that applies. A later price change does not affect an order we have already accepted. Payment is processed by our payment provider.
Shipping, content, and use of the site
Shipping times and returns are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Please read it before you order; it applies together with these terms. Photos, text, and designs on the site are ours or used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. Do not misuse the site, try to access accounts or systems you are not allowed to use, or interfere with the store.
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site. This does not limit any responsibility the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not take away consumer rights you may have.
